Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Chemlog Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the www.chemlog.org website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and you must discontinue use immediately.

Products and Services

All products and services featured on the Site are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Pricing and Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer free island-wide delivery within Mauritius. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated and communicated separately.

Privacy Policy

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy at /privacy-policy. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Mauritius. Chemlog Ltd and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Mauritius shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date of these Terms of Service, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change.
